Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
