Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Cincinnati, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
