Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Redstone Vale Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Providence, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
