Redstone Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Knoxville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
