Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Nova Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 417 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
