Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Fernwood Nest Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Louisville area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
