Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
