Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sparrow Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
