Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bright Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
