Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bright Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Columbus area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
