Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
