Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Summit Mill Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Richmond. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
