Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
