Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
