Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
