Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
