Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
