Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
