Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around St. Louis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
