Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Highbridge Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Columbus area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
