Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Amberfield Stone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
