Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
