Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Clearpath Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Hartford area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
