Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Ironwood Linden Civic Services supports public agencies in New Orleans with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
