Nova Orchard Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
