Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Juniper Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
