Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
