Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Nova Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Omaha. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
