Harborlight Civic Services is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files.
