Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
