Greenridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
