Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Tampa, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
