Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
