Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
