Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Ironwood Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Providence and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
