Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Stonegate Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
