Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
