Content Writer - case studies (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
