Content Writer - case studies (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
