Content Writer - case studies (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
