Westbrook Stone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Raleigh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
