Content Writer - case studies (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Raleigh with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
