Silverline Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Providence. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
