Content Writer - case studies (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Pittsburgh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
