Content Writer - case studies (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Phoenix supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
