Content Writer - case studies (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
