Content Writer - case studies (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meadow Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
