We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
