Content Writer - case studies (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Press Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
