Content Writer - case studies (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Milwaukee, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
